Mission Statement
Enabling people to successfully travel life’s turbulent journey, using God’s word as a compass, His compassion for healing, His principals for nourishment, His relationship for companionship and His tranquility for peaceful rest; ... this, is the foundation upon which Biblical Counseling Center is built.

Ron Fraser grew up in Kearny, NJ and moved to Ocean County in 1963. He graduated from Toms River High School in 1966. Ron owned and operated an electronic repair business until he received a call to serve the Lord.

He was sent out by Community Bible Fellowship with several others to plant a church. He pastored in that church for 17 years, returning to Community Bible Fellowship as a co-pastor. Presently, he is amember of Prince of Peace Community Church in Lacey.

In his early years of pastoring it was evident that Ron’s giftedness was in counseling. He attended the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation. He received his Bachelors Degree in Theology from International Seminary. He later received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Carolina University and then his Doctorate of Christian Counseling from Andersonville Baptist Seminary.

While doing his studies, Ron attended the Child Assault Prevention Project and later attended the Community Justice Institute for Community Mediation Service of Atlantic County.

Ron holds a certification in Pastoral Counseling from Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation and is certified by the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (N.A.N.C.). He is also a member of the American Board of Medical Psychotherapists (A.B.M.P).

In his spare time, Ron likes to ride his motorcycle and also enjoys participating in truck racing at Atco Racetrack. He spends time fishing and golfing.
